Application Portability
TSM.Net platform allows access using multiple security levels which enables portability, thus offering our users "anywhere, anytime" processing flexibility. We also provide direct entry for plan sponsors.
Job Scheduler
To better handle your report scheduling needs, TSM.Net offers a robust job scheduler which manages a multitude of reports and transaction processes. Although job queues are often assigned on an individual basis, our system provides user's the flexibility to view other users job queues when needed. Additionally, various reports may be uploaded to the Internet for plan sponsor inquiry.
Multilevel System Security
The system security is a matrix made up of system defined levels and plan restrictions. Security profiles may be established to either limit user access to certain system features or to restrict plan access (if required) altogether.
Online Fund Performance Entry
A user has the ability to enter performance online. The system also calculates a PROR or Personalized Rate of Return, in accordance with AIMR, based on the participants cash flow and can be incorporated directly into participant statements. Various timetables are available for selection ranging from 7 days to 10 years.

Online User Guide and System Navigator with Industry Training Modules Available

Also featured in our user guide is a comprehensive training module which highlights many of TSM.Net's key elements. Our condensed training tool will have novices and experts alike quickly navigating through our system in no time.
TrusteeLink to Several Trustees
TSM.Net provides a dynamic interface capability that allows the user to export and import files to and from any trustee. We have links to several trustees including Matrix, Schwab, Fidelity, AST, First Trust., etc. And if we don’t have it we will build it! Special features like trade confirmations and trust asset reconciliations are also available for use.
Internet Access
Participants, plan sponsors, advisors/brokers all have Internet access. Access that you control.
Voice Response Unit
Our proprietary VRU offers same access as the Internet to participants, plans, advisors/brokers. The VRU is housed at our hosting site. We take care of the VRU and the 800 numbers for you. One less worry for you.
